SHIPPING
Commune Shop orders are processed three days a week, on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Orders are processed in the order they are received. Shipping confirmations are emailed at the time the label is made. Please allow up to 72 hours for your tracking to update.
Commune Shop utilizes FedEx for all shipments with service options: FedEx Ground, 2nd Day Air, and Overnight. Once the order is retrieved by FedEx, please direct all shipping status inquiries to FedEx.
Damaged orders must be communicated to Commune Shop within 7 days of delivery including photographs of the packaging and damaged product. Missing orders must be communicated to Commune Shop within 7 days of expected delivery date.
Signatures are required for all orders valued over $500 USD. To opt out of signature requirement, please contact FedEx directly and utilize your tracking number for inquiry.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Please contact Commune Shop for all returns and exchanges. Most items purchased may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of delivery. Items ineligible for return include all custom order products, art, and food.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs incurred for returns and exchanges. Commune Shop does not assume responsibility of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery. Commune Shop suggests sending all returns with FedEx and insured for the full value of the order.
Once items are received by Commune Shop, refunds are credited to the original form of payment within 5 days of receipt of the items and an email confirmation is provided. Please inquire directly with your banking institution if funds are not credited back to the account.
