Musician and artist Chris Kallmyer has embarked on a project to redesign the sounds of the home. Two small hand-formed brass bells strung on leather, struck together like a Tibetan tingsha. A bright, quick tone to mark a beginning or an ending — for a door handle, a garden gate, or a meditation corner.
