Iris Delphine for Commune Noren - Verdant Ladder

Created by Iris Delphine for the 2024 Commune Show exhibition at the Blunk Space. These intricate, japanese style curtains represent beautifully crafted functional textile art.

Each piece was inspired by Blunk’s larger wooden sculptures for form and his smaller works of ceramics, jewelry, paintings, to guide the color, texture and fabric structures.

Iris shared that this piece references the sketch Hummingbird #4 Arch.
