Sam Spenser for Commune 'Thumbprint' Incense Burner

This sculpted, extrusion of solid brass is a tool for ritual. Supplied with cloth pouch and hand-rolled incense, the burner is a precious moment of tactile design and reflective surfaces. ‘V-Profile’ form exclusive to Commune. Sam Spenser is a recipient of the Royal British Bursary for Sculpture.  

Hand-rolled, plant-based incense: bamboo, coconut, massoia, nutmeg, ylang ylang. Brass intended to patina.
