Lue Brass Knife

Lue makes brass cutlery with a workshop in Setouchi City in Okayama Prefecture. Each piece is hand forged using a unique brass that has a soft light. The unique shape makes the most of the texture of the brass. The Lue cheese knife is a perfect balance between the beautiful wooden handle of Bubinga and the wide brass blade. Brass is a material that changes over time, and as it is used develops an oxide film, deepening its color.
